Salvation Army Food Bank – Volunteer Opportunity
Advance Notice Required
- The Salvation Army requires at least 24 hours’ notice to volunteer
- Volunteers must commit to a minimum of 1 hour

What You’ll Do
- Pick up shopping lists
- “Shop” in the food bank for families or individuals receiving assistance
- Volunteers do not need to stay for the full service window, but must commit to at least one hour to help keep lines moving
1 mom may assist 3–4 girls at a time; MAX of 8 girls/shift
Volunteer Hours
- Mondays: 1:00 – 4:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 2:30 – 4:00 PM
- Closed every 3rd Wednesday of the month
- Fridays: 1:00 – 6:00 PM
