Meals on Wheels delivers healthy meals and friendly visits to homebound community members and disabled veterans. For many clients, volunteers may be the only visitors they see that day. Some deliveries may also include groceries or birthday gift bags.
Route Details
- Location: La Mesa – Route WA21
- Time Commitment: About 2 hours
- Volunteers:
- Maximum of 4 volunteers total
- Please plan to ride in one car
- At least 1 adult SPRITES member is required
